The Bangladesh Rubber Garden Owner's Association officially began its journey in 1980 in the capital city of Dhaka. However, since most of Bangladesh's rubber plots are located in the Chattogram Hill Tracts region and the majority of rubber garden owners reside in the Chattogram Division, the association's head office was relocated to Chattogram district in 2014 for the overall convenience of the organization and its members.
In the initial stage of the relocation, all activities were managed from the second floor of the Chattogram residence of Mr. Kausar Jamal, esteemed life member and president of the association, situated on O.R. Nizam Road. Subsequently, due to the expansion of its organizational scope, the institution now efficiently operates all its administrative and organizational activities from its permanent head office in Room No. 5062, 5th Floor, CJKS Shopping Complex, Kazir Dewri, Chattogram.
